Welcome to EPAC and to Swimming.

This page should help you get caught up on the sport in which you have just been enveloped.  Because this is not as popular of a sport in our culture as baseball or soccer, the structure of the leagues, the rules and the lingo are often foreign and daunting.  Hang in there and see what you can pick up from these pages.  It’s not so bad and the coaches and board are more than willing to help.

Day of the meet- This page will help you to plan and pack for your swimmer for meet day as well as let you know a little about what the day is like.

League and Special Meet Information-This page will define the different swim leagues in the area and the special swim meets (not dual meets)  that occur throughout the year.
