The CPAL Division 2-A Divisional meet will take place Saturday, February 25 at 8:30 am at the West Shore Natatorium, Red Land High School. EPAC swimmers should report for sign-in and warm-ups by 6:45 am – THIS IS AN UPDATED SCHEDULE.

Divisionals is a large meet hosting the four swim teams in our division. Logistics for this meet differ from those of regular dual meets. Please take a moment to review the following information.

For Divisionals, each swimmer is asked to sign-up for the three events they would like to participate in. A sign-up sheet will be posted at the pool. Sign-up for events in your order of preference. In the event that the coaches decide to enter your swimmer in a relay, the 3rd event will be dropped and the relay will be added.

During the meet, all swimmers will be housed in the large gym in designated team areas. Swimmers are asked to wear some type of footwear when not on deck for their own safety. Food and beverages are not permitted in the gym and are limited to the concession area only. Event numbers will be announced in the gym so that swimmers can be gathered and escorted to the pool deck. Please note, we DO NOT utilize team parents at divisional meets. You will be responsible for making sure your swimmer reports for their race. The meet will not be stopped to locate missing swimmers, they will unfortunately be disqualified from their event.

The top 16 times from the four divisional meets (combined) will qualify for the CPAL All-Star meet on Sunday, February 26 at Cumberland Valley HS. If your swimmer qualifies, you will be informed by an EPAC coach Saturday afternoon when all final times have been reported.

Only swimmers, coaches and certain volunteers will be permitted on the pool deck. All spectators must watch from the bleachers or balcony area. Saving of seats will not be permitted. No folding chairs are permitted in the bleacher or observation area.

Admission for parents and adult spectators will be $2.00, $1.00 for students. Programs will be sold for $3.00. Meet volunteers will be admitted free of charge – volunteer sign-up sheets will be posted at the pool this week.

T-Shirts are available for pre-order for $12 per shirt or be sold in limited quantities the day of the event for $15. A sign-up sheet will be posted for those interested.

Ads and “Shout Outs” are available for purchase/placement in the Divisional program booklet. A sign-up sheet will be posted for those interested.
